This is our mission statement because we believe that technology should be taught and learned by not only the new generation, but also the older generation.
TechBud’s main goal is that everyone, no matter what age they are, should be able to learn technology. TechBud was founded by Ishan Abraham, a high schooler at Faith Lutheran HS, Las Vegas, NV.

Ishan is TechBud's founder and president. He is a senior at Faith Lutheran High School and is interested in engineering and cybersecurity. He is part of his school's CyberPatriot team and competes within the state and nationally. He specializes in networking on the team. Ishan founded TechBud as a freshman in high school, and his main goal is to prevent senior citizens from falling victim to financial scams.
Akash is one of TechBud's core members. He helped create major ideas for this organization and build connections to our community. Akash is currently majoring in politics and economics. He is attending Washington & Lee University in Virginia and aspires to be a lawyer.

Logan is a valuable member of the TechBud team. He is a senior at Faith Lutheran and started volunteering in 2024. He is also a part of the Faith Lutheran CyberPatriot team and is an Eagle Scout. Logan aspires to join one of the military academies and work in cybersecurity in the future.

All of TechBud's services are free! We do this to give back to our community by helping seniors feel confident and supported with technology. Our goal is to make tech more accessible, one helpful conversation at a time—no fees, just friendly, patient support.
We do our best to help with all types of technology—phones, computers, tablets, etc. While we may not have the answer to every issue right away, we are always happy to research unique problems and follow up once we find a solution. Our goal is to support you as best we can!
Most of the time, we offer help over the phone or through a scheduled online session. In certain special cases, we may be able to arrange an in-person visit. If you think that might apply to you, feel free to reach out, and we will see how we can best support you!
No problem at all! We can start with a simple phone call and guide you through the steps at your own pace. We are here to make things easy for you.
TechBud is more than just tech help—we’re a community-driven program focused on making technology accessible, especially for seniors. Our team is made up of friendly students who are patient, understanding, and committed to giving back. Best of all, our services are completely free, so you can get the support you need without any cost or pressure.
No worries at all! You are always welcome to reach out to us anytime you have more questions or need a refresher. Plus, we post all of our lessons online so you can review them anytime at your convenience.
Absolutely! Donating old devices is one of the best ways to help. We refurbish donated technology and provide it to seniors in need. We usually meet donors at common public locations such as libraries or churches to make the process easy and convenient.
Yes, we do accept donations, but they are completely optional. Our tech help is always free, and you never have to give anything to receive assistance. If you choose to donate, your generosity goes directly toward helping more people in our community.
